What is your warranty policy?

Coravin, Inc. ("Coravin") warrants to the original end user purchaser or gift recipient that your Coravin device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever is later) from Coravin or an authorized Coravin reseller or partner. Because Coravin cannot control the quality of devices sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to devices that were purchased from Coravin or a Coravin authorized reseller or partner, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Coravin reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. Coravin may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Please refer to the Additional Information section of this site for exclusions and other limitations. Coravin's warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any wine with respect to which the Coravin product was used.

WARRANTY OPTIONS
  • 2 YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED): KingsBottle provides a warranty that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase for both parts and labor. (Note: this does not apply to the refurbished units.)
  • 3 YEAR WARRANTY ( optional ): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 3 years.
  • 5 YEAR WARRANTY ( optional ): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 5 years.

WHO IS COVERED

This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

LIMITED WARRANTY

If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the refrigerator. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2-year from the date of purchase. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your original order toward a replacement (Any REPLACEMENT unit will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase). The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
  • DAMAGE due to such things as an accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair or any other cause beyond the control of the seller whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the goods sold here are WINE & BEVERAGE COOLERS, which house beer and other wines. Purchaser assumes all the risk of using these units, including the risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness and similar perils that may occur.
  • Any DISPOSAL unit.

WARRANTY FOR ALL WINE AND BEVERAGE REFRIGERATOR

WITH PROOF OF SALE, the following warranty coverage applies when this appliance is correctly installed, operated and maintained according to all supplied instructions. 

FOR ONE YEAR from the date of sale this appliance is warranted against defects in material or workmanship. A defective appliance will receive free repair or replacement at option of Smith & Hanks. This warranty coverage is only valid in the United States and Canada. 

FOR THREE YEARS from the date of sale, the sealed refrigerant system (tubing, evaporator, condenser, and/or compressor) of this appliance is warranted against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty coverage is only valid in the United States and Canada.

This warranty covers ONLY product defects in material and workmanship, and will NOT pay for:

A service technician to clean or maintain the product.

  1. A service technician to instruct the user in correct appliance installation, operation or maintenance.
  2. Expendable items that can wear out from normal use within the warranty time period, including but not limited to filters, or light bulbs.
  3. Service calls to correct improper appliance installation or to repair problems with house fuses, circuit breakers, house wiring, and plumbing or gas supply systems resulting from such installation.
  4. Damage to or failure of this appliance resulting from improper installation, including installation that was not performed in accordance with electrical, gas or plumbing codes.
  5. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, if it is not correctly operated and maintained according to all supplied instructions.
  6. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, misuse or use for other than its intended purpose.
  7. Damage to or failure of this appliance, including discoloration or surface rust, caused by the use of detergents, cleaners, chemicals or utensils other than those recommended in all instructions supplied with the product.
  8. Damage to or failure of this appliance resulting from natural or other catastrophe, such as flood, fire or storm.
  9. Damage to or failure of parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications made to this appliance.
  10. Service to an appliance if the model and serial plate is missing, altered or cannot easily be determined to have the appropriate certification logo.

 

Warranty Information

Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars

Product Limited Lifetime Warranty

Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars warrants to the original consumer-purchaser that its products (“Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and defects that hinder the functioning of the Product, that occur under normal and reasonable use for the lifetime of the product.

Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars, at its option, will replace any product or part found to be defective during the warranty period (excludes installation charges, shipping charges, and cost of removal and reinstallation). Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars may require you to return the part(s) claimed to be defective for its inspection. Shipping costs will be covered if after inspection of the part, Product is determined to be under warranty.

This warranty does not include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to the failure of the Product and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or damage arising out of transportation of this product.

EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES.

INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Neither the Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars distributor nor the retail establishment selling this Product has any authority to make any warranties or to promise remedies in addition to or inconsistent with those stated above.

Ultra Wine Racks & Cellars’s maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product paid by the original consumer-purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such a case, the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable.

Whynter Standard Product Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WHYNTER products are warranted to the original owner, purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states, for one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage. Should your WHYNTER product prove defective within one year from the date of purchase, contact Whynter’s Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. A Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning any parts or products. Parts or products received without a Whynter issued Return Authorization Number will be refused. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any parts found defective with new or re-manufactured parts or exchange the defective product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured product at our discretion. All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced on a mail-in basis to Whynter’s Service Center. This warranty is not transferable. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of labor and parts will be the responsibility of the original owner.

Return freight is prepaid by Whynter within two months of purchase. After two months to one year, the customer will be responsible for the return freight cost to Whynter’s Service Center. Please package the product carefully in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Whynter is not responsible for damage resulting from shipper mishandling or improper packaging. Please retain the original box and packaging materials.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes.
  • Improper power supply such as power surge, low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses.
  • Use in commercial or industrial applications.
  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the product while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, lack of maintenance or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions.
  • Damage to the finish of the case, or other appearance parts caused by wear.
  • Damage caused by repairs or alterations to the product by anyone other than authorized by the manufacturer.
  • Removal, Replacement Packaging, Freight and Insurance cost for the warranty service.
  • Products sold AS IS or from an unauthorized reseller.
  • Products that have had their serial numbers removed or defaced.

           

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND  EXCLUSIVE  REMEDY  UNDER  THIS  LIMITED  WARRANTY  SHALL  BE  PRODUCT  REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT  AS  PROVIDED  HEREIN.  CLAIMS BASED ON  IMPLIED  WARRANTIES,  INCLUDING  WARRANTIES  OF MERCHANTABILITY  OR  FITNESS  FOR  A  PARTICULAR  PURPOSE,  ARE  LIMITED  TO  ONE  YEAR OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW, BUT NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR. WHYNTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS OR   EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioners are warranted to the original owner, purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states, for one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage. Should your WHYNTER product prove defective within one year from the date of purchase, contact Whynter’s Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. Vinotemp Standard Product Warranty

Covered by the Vinotemp One-Year Limited Warranty.

  1. Service plans cannot be sold on used, refurbished, or scratch & dent products.
  2. Service plans cannot be sold on products that do not have at least 3 months manufacturer parts and labor warranty.
  3. Wine cooler/cellar products if discontinued will be provided a replacement SKU.
  4. VINO- Wood/Furniture Wine Cabinets made in USA are not covered under Extended Warranty, only the Wine Mate portion would be covered. VT, EL, IL and WM (Wine Mate) compressor models are available for coverage with New Leaf. Extended Warranty does not cover thermoelectric units.
  5. A service plan CAN be sold within the first 9 months of the product's date of purchase provided that the product comes with a FULL 12 months manufacturer parts and labor warranty.
  6. If there is anything less than 12 months manufacturer parts and labor warranty, then the service plan must be sold within the first 30 days of the product date of purchase.
  7. Customers may be asked to provide both plan and product proof of purchase at the time of a claim.
