WHYNTER offers a comprehensive one-year warranty for all of their products, specifically covering material and workmanship defects for the original owner.
This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from an authorized dealer within the 48 continental states of the U.S.
If there is a defect within the first year of purchase, contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
Keep in mind that a Return Authorization Number is necessary to return any parts or products, and without one, the return will not be accepted.
Within this warranty, Whynter reserves the right to repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or replace the entire product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at their discretion.
All repairs and replacements must be carried out by Whynter's Service Center through the mail.
Note that this warranty is non-transferrable to any other individual or entity.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
