Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioner is covered under a one-year warranty against material and workmanship defects for residential use, if purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 continental US states.
To make a warranty claim, please provide the product's serial number and proof of purchase to Whynter's Customer Support team.
Before returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Whynter.
Failure to do so will result in refusal of the return.
Within the warranty period, defective parts will be replaced with new or re-manufactured ones, or the entire product may be exchanged at Whynter's discretion.
All repairs and replacements covered by this warranty must be sent to Whynter's Service Center.
This warranty is non-transferable, and after it expires, the original owner is responsible for the cost of labor and parts.
The compressor of the air conditioner is covered for an additional two years after the initial one-year warranty.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
