Warranty

Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioner comes with a warranty for one year from the original purchase date against material and workmanship defects under normal residential usage.
To make a claim, contact Whynter's Customer Support with the serial number and proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning any parts or products, otherwise they will be refused. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or exchange any defective parts or products at their discretion.
All repairs and replacements will be done through mail-in service.
This warranty is non-transferable and after its expiration, the cost of labor and parts will be the responsibility of the original owner.
The compressor is also covered for an additional two years after the limited warranty expires.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.

Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you. Upon
