As an industry expert, we guarantee that this WHYNTER portable air conditioner is covered by a one-year warranty against material or workmanship defects for the original owner, when purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 continental states of the U.S.
If your WHYNTER product is found to be defective within one year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support team and provide your serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
Please note that a Return Authorization number must be obtained before returning any parts or products, otherwise they will be rejected.
Under this warranty, we will replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the entire product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
All repairs or replacements covered by this warranty will be handled through mail-in service at our Service Center.
It is important to note that this warranty is non-transferable.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
