ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This WHYNTER portable air conditioners is guaranteed to the original owner who purchased it from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states.
The warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date and covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage.
If your WHYNTER product is found to be defective within the first year, please contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a warranty claim.
We require a Return Authorization number before any parts or products can be returned, and any items received without this number will be rejected.
Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
All repairs or replacements will be handled through mail-in service to Whynter's Service Center. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
