ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

WHYNTER portable air conditioners come with a one-year warranty for the original owner, if purchased from an authorized Whynter dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states.
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage.
If your product is defective within the first year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
Before returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Whynter.
Failure to do so will result in refusal of the return. Under this warranty, Whynter may choose to repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one.
All repairs and replacements will be done through mail-in service to Whynter's Service Center.
This warranty is non-transferable.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
