WHYNTER products include a one-year warranty for the original owner in the 48 U.S. continental states.
This warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal residential use. If any defects occur within one year of purchase, the Whynter Customer Support Team can be contacted with the serial number and proof of purchase.
Prior to returning any parts or products, it is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization Number from Whynter.
Failure to do so will result in the product or parts being refused.
Replacement or repair of any defective parts will be done with new or re-manufactured ones, or the defective product may be exchanged for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
If the product or parts are covered under this warranty, they can be sent to our Service Center for repair or replacement.
Please note that this warranty cannot be transferred.
After the warranty expires, the original owner is responsible for the cost of labor and parts.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
