Whynter Portable Air Conditioner Warranty:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

WHYNTER's portable air conditioners are protected by a one-year warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage.
To make a warranty claim, contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the product's serial number and proof of purchase.
Please note that a Return Authorization number is required before returning any parts or products, otherwise they will be refused.
Under this warranty, Whynter will provide repairs with new or re-manufactured parts, or exchange the product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one at our discretion.
All repairs and replacements will be done through mail-in service to Whynter's Service Center.
Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.
After the one-year warranty expires, the original owner will be responsible for labor and parts costs.
Additionally, the compressor is covered for an additional two years after the initial warranty expires.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
