ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY & THREE YEAR WARRANTY ON COMPRESSOR

This portable air conditioner by WHYNTER is covered under warranty for one year from the original purchase date against material and workmanship defects when used in a residential setting.
If you experience any issues within this period, please contact Whynter's Customer Support team with the serial number and proof of purchase to file a claim.
Please note that a Return Authorization number is required for all returns and any items received without this number will not be accepted.
During the warranty period, defective products and parts will be repaired or replaced at Whynter's discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and after its expiration, the original owner will be responsible for the cost of labor and parts.
The compressor is also covered under a two-year warranty after the initial one year warranty expires.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
