Warranty

*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER products come with a one-year warranty for the original owner, when purchased from an authorized dealer in the continental United States.
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal residential use.
In the rare event that your WHYNTER product is defective within one year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns and will be provided by Whynter.
Any parts or products returned without the proper authorization will not be accepted.
As part of our warranty, Whynter will either repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the defective product with a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one, at our discretion.
Any repairs or replacements covered by this warranty will be done through our Service Center, with the cost of labor and parts being covered by us for up to two months after purchase.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
