*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER products come with a one-year warranty for the original owner who purchased from an authorized dealer within the 48 U.S. continental states.
This warranty covers normal residential usage and includes repairs or replacements for any material or workmanship defects.
In order to make a claim within one year of purchase, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase.
Please note that a Return Authorization Number is required for all returns and any parts or products returned without this number will not be accepted.
Repairs or replacements will be done through our mail-in service at Whynter's Service Center, using new or re-manufactured parts at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and after it expires, the original owner will be responsible for any labor and parts costs.
Return freight costs will be covered by Whynter for the first two months after the purchase date, and then the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our Service Center.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.

Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you. Upon
