*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

Within the 48 U.S. continental states, purchases of WHYNTER products from authorized dealers are warrantied for one year from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship.
If a defect arises within this time frame, please contact Whynter's Customer Support Team with the serial number and proof of purchase to make a warranty claim.
Before returning any parts or products, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Whynter.
Products or parts returned without a valid number will not be accepted. Under this warranty, Whynter will repair or replace any defective parts with new or re-manufactured ones, or exchange the product for a new, refurbished, or re-manufactured one.
All defective products and parts covered by this warranty will be serviced by Whynter's Service Center.
This warranty is non-transferable and after it expires, the original owner will be responsible for labor and parts costs.
After the initial two months of purchase, the customer is responsible for return freight.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
