*This unit comes with one year limited warranty.

WHYNTER products within the 48 U.S. continental states include a one-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship for normal residential usage.
The original owner must purchase from an authorized Whynter dealer and provide proof of purchase and serial number to make a warranty claim within one year of purchase.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained for returns, otherwise the product or parts will not be accepted.
Whynter reserves the right to replace any defective parts or products with new or re-manufactured ones.
All repairs and replacements will be conducted at Whynter's Service Center and are limited to the original owner.
After the warranty expiration, the cost of labor and parts will be the responsibility of the owner.
Whynter covers prepaid return freight within two months of purchase, but after one year, the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight to the Service Center.
To ensure safe delivery, please carefully package the product in its original packaging.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If in stock, your order will ship within 3 days. Average transit times are 14 days.

In the United States we offer Free Shipping on select products. On some products there is the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service.

Standard delivery for PRODUCTS is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

For curbside delivery you do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that there are two people available to assist with unpacking and and carrying the equipment into the premises.

The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery prices include one scheduled delivery attempt. If you are not present for the scheduled delivery time you may be responsible for additional fees.
